The overall quality of the service and the standard of the accomodation was excellent. The staff were always friendly but not intrusive. Breakfast was always prompt and served to the room. The location is perfect for accessing the city (3 minutes walk), but it is not too close to be caught up it the mayhem of Termini. It provides a good balance between quality and cost.
This property was located near the train station which made getting around Rome very easy. The staff was very helpful and nice! The room was large (surprisingly after all I had heard about European rooms) and clean.
It's nice place with all necessary facilities. Free wi-fi, TV, personal shower. One thing I didn't like is that my room was on the first floor and windows of bathroom were not even covered. So anyone could watch me taking a shower or anything else ))) But anyway I didn't care.
I recommend this hotel to those who have limited budget. Otherwise, there are better options. While the bathroom was clean, it smelled bad. Bathroom accessories were also limited. The woman in charge (Victoria) was nevertheless very accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was good and very filling. The bedsheets were crisp and clean. Its proximity to Roma Termini and to cheap food is also a plus.
